This 2 hours course (on-site) is for students who seek a requirement for subcutaneous injections and administering a range of medications to support participants to manage their diabetes. Students will practice how to calculate the dose of diabetes medication and the appropriate use of equipment and medication to be injected.
Epilepsy and Seizure Support Management is for students who seek to their clients who is at a high risk of seizures. This course covers skills and knowledge in a range of different types of seizures and related support requirements including the common patterns of seizures, triggers, symptoms, and risks related health conditions with epilepsy.
This course will cover the requirements of NDIS Practice Standards.
Students are expected to complete a written and practical assessment.
Student Must bring: Laptop
Completion: Student will receive a Certificate that is valid for one year.
