This 2 hours course (on-site) is for students who seek a requirement for subcutaneous injections and administering a range of medications to support participants to manage their diabetes. Students will practice how to calculate the dose of diabetes medication and the appropriate use of equipment and medication to be injected.
Tracheostomy Support Management is for students who seek to support their client in the use of both fenestrated or non-fenestrated tracheostomy. You will be trained in the use of equipment, understand the common health conditions that require tracheostomy support and common types of tracheostomy and stoma care equipment that is documented in the support plan.

Students are expected to complete a written and practical assessment.

Completion: Student will receive a Certificate that is valid for one year.
