Application Fee
Looking to enrol in one of our accredited courses? Great choice! Just note that there is a one-time $150 application fee to secure your spot. Keep in mind that this fee is non-refundable.
On the other hand, if you’re interested in one of our non-accredited courses, you won’t have to pay an enrolment application fee at all. So don’t hesitate to sign up and get started on your learning journey!
Unique Student Identifier (USI)
If you’re planning on enrolling in one of our courses, you’ll need a Unique Student Identifier (USI) in order to receive your qualification or statement of achievement. There are a few exceptions to this requirement, so be sure to check if you’re eligible for an exemption. Don’t have a USI yet? No problem! You can easily get one at https://www.usi.gov.au/students/get-a-usi
Refund Policy
Auscare Training Organisation is dedicated to offering top-quality training and assessment services that adhere to the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (SRTOs 2015).
Qualifications for Domestic students
Refunds for enrolments on nationally recognised qualifications and accredited courses are subject to the following refund formula.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU HAVE ENROLLED IN A PARTICULAR COURSE YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR ENROLMENT AND MUST COMPLETE ALL COMPONENTS WITHIN 6-MONTH PERIOD FROM COURSE COMMENCEMENT DATE TO ACHIEVE CERTIFICATE. IF YOU WISH TO DO SO YOU WILL INCUR AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF $500
