This qualification is for middle managers or managers in the community sector. They work autonomously, reporting to higher management, and perform diverse functions aligned with organisational goals. Responsibilities include planning, overseeing service delivery, managing personnel, risk management, and contributing to continuous improvement. They may manage programs, projects, or community-based organisations.
Entry Requirements
Academic level:
- Completion of Australian Year 12 or other equivalent Australian qualification/s for entry to Advanced Diploma level
English proficiency
- Evidence of an IELTS test Score of 6.0 or other equivalent
- Complete the LLN assessment
- Moderate level of computer literacy
